Yes – log into Moneyhub Connect at, click 'User Settings' in the bottom left and click 'Subscriptions'. Choose the client you wish to upgrade and click the button to the right of the client.

You will not get a refund during the month of the subscription. However, you will not be charged for the following month.

Log into the Connect portal at, click 'User Settings' on the bottom left hand side menu and click 'Subscriptions'. Click the 'Payment settings' box on the top right hand side of the screen and select 'Card Information'.

Yes: your business will appear in the Connection Centre and will be visible to Moneyhub users who are looking for an adviser.

You can cancel the service you receive at any time, and you'll keep access to the features until the end of your billing period. So if you're on a monthly plan you'll keep access until the end of the month, or the end of the year on an annual plan. You can also upgrade your service at any time, and this will be effective immediately.

Unlimited bank accounts can be linked to Moneyhub, so if a couple want to view their finances jointly they can share an account – meaning only one license would be required. If both partners want their own individual Moneyhub account, two licences are needed.

Yes, if the professional (e.g an accountant) is signed up to Moneyhub Connect, the client can opt to share their data with them.

The system will assume the client is going to pay for their own Moneyhub Premium subscription, unless you have upgaded the client via the Moneyhub Connect portal at - see above instructions

No, unfortunately it is necessary to have a separate email address for each account.

All platform data is readily available to you, but the client is in full control of which other accounts they wish to share with you.
