Continuing Service of the Moneyhub App

We are delighted to share that our partner, WPS Advisory, will take over the management of the Moneyhub app.

When Moneyhub first announced its transition to focus exclusively on enterprise clients, finding a solution to continue service on the Moneyhub App was a key priority. We selected WPS Advisory because they share a similar ethos to Moneyhub. They are as committed to protecting user data as we are, and don’t sell loans or products that users don’t need.

As always, data sharing relies on user consent, which can be given or withdrawn at any time.

Customers who consent to the switch can expect minimal disruption during the transition because WPS Advisory is an existing Moneyhub client, with experience supporting customers on a white-label version of the Moneyhub app (Lifestage). So while the app’s branding and service provider will change, it will remain the same Moneyhub platform underneath and you can continue to use it, just as you do today.

For users looking for even more functionality we are also pleased to announce that WPS Advisory will be giving users a free trial period of its Premium service, built with more Moneyhub features and third-party integrations, including document storage, enhanced modellers, and the option to receive full financial advice.

Users who wish to continue their service simply need to ‘opt in’ when they log into the Moneyhub app from mid-July. Those who don’t ‘opt in’ or log into the Moneyhub app by the end of August will signal that they don’t wish to move to WPS Advisory. Users will be offered the chance to export data before accounts and data are permanently deleted. All subscription terms will be honoured in full, in all cases.
