*Terms and Conditions: Gift Nomination Promotion
1. Eligibility: This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are at least 18 years of age only.
2. Gift nomination: The nominated colleague must be employed by the same company as the participant who nominated them.
3. Gift limit: Each participant is eligible to receive one gift only. In the event that a participant is nominated by multiple colleagues, they will still only receive one gift. There are a finite number of gifts available so gifts are distributed on a first come, first served basis.
5. Submission of details: To participate, the nominee must provide their accurate and valid contact details (name, job title, company name, email address and mailing address). Incomplete or inaccurate submissions may result in disqualification from the promotion.
6. Promotion period: The promotion period is from 26/03/24 until 30/08/24. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.
7. Gift distribution: Gifts will be sent at the address provided during the submission process. Gifts will be distributed within 28 days of the form being submitted.
8. Disqualification: Any attempt to manipulate the promotion, provide false information, or violate these terms and conditions may result in disqualification from the promotion.
9. Changes to terms: The promoter reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion and its terms at any time without prior notice.
10. Data protection: Participant information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. By participating in the promotion, participants consent to Moneyhub’s Privacy Policy .
11. Governing law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the England & Wales
