Connecting a property just got an upgrade in Moneyhub.
At Moneyhub, connecting a property has always been possible, but now we’ve made this easier by adding a connection to the property valuation service Zoopla, meaning that you can receive automatic property valuations going forward.
To connect a property via Zoopla in Moneyhub, go to the Connections area of the app and search for Zoopla to start the process.
If you already have a property in Moneyhub, you can upgrade this connection by navigating to Accounts and Assets and choosing Connect my property in that property’s details page.
Once your property is connected, you will see the new valuation immediately and an improved property details page showing you the change in value over time so that you can track the performance of your home or property investments.
Plus, if you link a mortgage to this property in Moneyhub it ensures we can alert you when your Loan to Value (LTV) ratio drops through a band that may open up better rates in the market for you.

Why can’t I find my property?
Some addresses might not be found due to either the postcode being brand new or Zoopla not tracking that address. This means you cannot receive a valuation estimate from Zoopla at present. Do keep checking back as Zoopla are working hard to provide accurate valuations for all properties at all locations in the UK.
Why is my valuation wrong?
The valuation provided is an estimate based on the type, age and size of a property in regards to bedrooms and reception rooms. Zoopla are working hard to improve the house price estimates to ensure you have the most accurate valuations going forwards.
If you don’t feel the valuation from Zoopla is accurate, you can remove the connection and unarchive your previous property record (if applicable) which will restore the price and pricing history. If you want to use Zoopla but feel your valuation is inaccurate, you can contact Zoopla directly to request a change to better reflect your property valuation.
